a. that to maintain stable sugar prices and guarantee sugar supplies to relevant domestic industries the customs tariff of imported sugar for 3 (three) months from October 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009 has been set based on Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 150/PMK.011/2009 concerning Customs Tariff of Imported Sugar;
b. that the limited ministerial coordination meeting held on November 24, 2009 agreed that the stability of sugar prices and supplies to relevant domestic industries has not as yet been fully achieved;
c. that based on the agreement as described in b, the Minister of Trade through letter No. 1836/M-DAG/12/2009 dated December 11,2009 has proposed to the Minister of Finance to extend the validity period of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 150/PMK.011/2009 to April 30, 2010;
d. that based on the considerations in a, b and c and in an effort to implement Article 12 paragraph (2) of Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs as amended by Law No. 17/2006, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 150/PMK.011/2009 concerning Stipulation Customs Tariff of Imported Sugar;
1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) as amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book of 2006 No. 93, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
2. Presidential Decision No. 84/P/2009;
3. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning the System of Goods Classifying and Charging the Customs Tariff of Imported Goods as amended several times, the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 233/PMK.011/2008;
4. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 150/PMK.011/2009 concerning Stipulation Customs Tariff of Imported Sugar;
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 150/PMK.011/2009 CONCERNING STIPULATION CUSTOMS TARIFF OF IMPORTED SUGAR.
Article 4 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 150/PMK.011/2009 concerning Stipulation Customs Tariff of Imported Sugar shall be amended so it reads as follows:
"Article 4
This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force from October 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010."
This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of promulgation.
For public cognizance, this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
